KASAKKA 40 years

Timo T.A Kaukonen opened restaurant Kasakka on the 19 of December 1969. Since that it has kept its image as a traditional Russian restaurant. The restaurant still contains its authentic decoration with old Russian items, paintings and mirrors. For instance the wooden toilet doors have been taken from an old train that used to run between Moscow and St. Petersburg during the Soviet Union. Several cozy corners and booths in a trio of rooms makes the perfect setting for a Russian dinner.

This year we have set up the menu with all the traditional dishes from years back to celebrate the success of the restaurant that turns 40 years this year. We also serve over 15 different vodkas, Russian beer and Georgian wines that have became very popular among our dinner guests.

Welcome to restaurant Kasakka!
